GENERAL


Visitors are allowed in the hotel’s public areas during their hours of operation. Under no circumstances are visitors not registered as the hotel’s guests allowed to enter the rooms without permission from the hotel’s personnel.

When you return to the hotel, we reserve the right to ask you for your passport/id or any other proof of your stay at the hotel, such as your hotel’s app account.

From our side, we do everything possible to ensure that the hotel is a safe place for everybody. However, you are responsible for your belongings.

Minimum Guests’ age: 18 years.
Check-in: From 03:00 pm.
Check-out: Until 11:00 am.
Cleaning service: 07:00 am - 03:00 pm.
Towel change: every 2 days.
Bedsheet change: every 3 days.
Pets are not allowed.

ROOMS


Any valuable belongings should be kept in the safe available in every room. The hotel does not bear any accountability for the loss of belongings that are not locked in the safe.

You are requested to report to the reception any damage / malfunctions found in the room which are not caused by you. You might hold accountability for any unreported damage or malfunction.

The cleaning & maintenance personnel are not allowed to enter the room when the door is locked or the Do Not Disturb sign is placed on the doorknob.

POOL & POOL AREA


Any pool towels or any other items left on sunbeds when the pool or the pool bar are closed might be removed by the hotel staff. You are responsible for the items collected.

The consumption at the pool area of food & drinks not purchased in the hotel is strictly prohibited.

The access to the pools may be achieved using the ladders attached to them. Any other way of entering the pools is not authorized. You are fully responsible for any damage or injuries caused by any attempt to enter the pool via a not authorized access method.

RESTAURANT


For your own safety, please make sure that you are not barefoot when entering the restaurant.

GYM


The use of soundbars, speakers or any other device that plays music loud is prohibited.

Please, make sure that you are not barefoot or half-naked when visiting the gym.

POOL TOWELS


Upon completion of the check-in procedure, you will receive one towel card per person. This card may be exchanged for a pool towel at the reception desk.

During the check-out, you will be requested to return your item (towel car or pool towel) to the reception desk; if not, a fee of EUR 12 per missing item applies.

MUTUAL RESPECT


Please, always bear in mind that the hotel’s rooms are mainly for relaxing and resting. Consequently, kindly make sure that any activities you engage in (such as playing music, gathering in the rooms etc.) do not inconvenience the other guests.

According to the Greek legislation, the hours from 11:00 pm to 07:00 am are considered as quiet ones. During this time, any noise produced by the guests should be kept to a bare minimum. More specifically, playing music, talking loudly, singing, clapping, as well as any other activity resulting in noise levels that could disturb the other guests are strictly prohibited.

As the pool bar is legally open until 01:00 am, you are welcome to visit it and have fun while keeping in mind the guests who are resting.
