This Policy sets out the Company’s core principles and commitments for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy and supportive working environment.
Management Commitment
Management is committed to:
• complying with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements relating to occupational health and safety;
• providing the necessary human, technical and financial resources for the prevention of occupational risks;
• promoting a culture of prevention and responsible conduct at all levels of the Company;
• ensuring the continuous improvement of working conditions;
• ensuring that Written Occupational Risk Assessments are carried out and periodically reviewed for all Company activities.
Hazard Identification and Risk Management
The Company applies procedures for the systematic identification, assessment and management of health and safety risks that may arise from its activities.
A Written Occupational Risk Assessment is maintained for each hotel unit and facility, in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. These assessments are reviewed when required due to changes in activities, equipment, facilities or the regulatory framework.
The Company takes the necessary preventive and protective measures to limit identified risks and monitors their effectiveness.
The Safety Officer carries out regular inspections of the workplace, records observations and recommends corrective or preventive actions where required. Management evaluates the relevant recommendations and ensures the timely implementation of the necessary improvement actions.
Training and Awareness
The Company considers training to be a key factor in prevention.
For this purpose:
• employees receive information and training on health and safety matters;
• safe working instructions are provided according to the duties of each position;
• relevant information and training material is distributed;
• employees are encouraged to actively participate in identifying risks and improving working conditions.
Safe Working Conditions
ZEUS HOTELS seeks to maintain safe and healthy workplaces through:
• the maintenance of facilities and equipment;
• the provision of appropriate personal protective equipment where required;
• the application of safe working procedures;
• the prevention of work-related risks;
• the continuous monitoring of working conditions.
Incident Reporting and Corrective Actions
The Company encourages the immediate reporting of:
• hazardous situations;
• incidents;
• near misses;
• occupational accidents;
• observations related to health and safety.
All incidents are assessed and, where required, corrective and preventive actions are taken with the aim of preventing recurrence.
Employee Participation
The protection of health and safety is everyone’s responsibility.
Employees are encouraged to:
• follow safety instructions;
• use equipment and protective measures properly;
• report potential hazards or incidents;
• actively participate in relevant training and improvement initiatives.
Communication and Stakeholders

Monitoring and Review
This Policy is periodically reviewed by Management to ensure its suitability, effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements and the needs of the Company.
